Women’s club offers scholarship

The Pike Sandy Women’s Club will award a $300 scholarship to a graduating senior who lives in Pike, Sandy, Wuori, or Embarrass townships or in an unorganized township bordering Pike Township. A letter of interest for must be received no later than April 6 and should be sent to Sandy Gorrill, 6801 Taylor Rd., Embarrass, MN 55732. Students should include in their letter which college they will attend, along with personal information such as curriculum and extracurricular activities. Call 218- 749-2408 with questions. The scholarship recipient will be announced at the Pike Sandy Women’s Club’s April 6 meeting.
