HELD MONDAY, MARCH 25, 2019.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Jeremy Jesch,
Vice-chair Jason Gellerstedt, Treasurer Amy
Winans, Clerk Charles Bainter, Director Jesse
White, Director Jennifer Tiedeman, and Director
Lisa Kvas.
ALSO PRESENT: Superintendent Reggie
Engebritson, Ed., D., and Sheila Parenteau,
Superintendent’s Administrative Assistant.
The Regular Meeting of the School Board
opened with the Pledge of Allegiance recited at
5:30 p.m. in the Merritt Elementary Auditorium
March 25, 2019.
Motioned by Bainter supported by White to
approve the agenda as proposed.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Motioned by Gellerstedt, supported by Winans
to approve the Consent Agenda as follows:
• February 11, 2019 Working Session Meeting
Minutes.
• February 25, 2019 Regular Meeting Minutes.
• Payroll Report.
• Payment of Claims – $218,208.13 (3-7-19).
• Payment of Claims – $209,652.16 (3-20-19).
• Approve Lane Change for Ms. Cathy O’Malley from BA + 15 to BA + 30.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Mountain Iron will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 6:35 p.m. in the
Mountain Iron Room of the Mountain Iron
Community Center.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider
a request made by Richard Erickson, for a
Variance Permit to construct a carport at the
below referenced location. The proposed
construction does not meet the side yard
setback of 5 feet as specified by City Zoning
Ordinance. The property is legally described

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on June

12, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. a hearing will be
held in this Court at 300 S. 5th Avenue,
Virginia, Minnesota, for the adjudication of
intestacy and determination of heirship of
the Decedent, and for the appointment of
Breann Starken whose address is 9917 State
Highway 178, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729 as
personal representative of the Estate of the
Decent in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be
filed with the Court prior to or raised at the
hearing. If proper and if no objections are
filed or raised, the personal representative
will be appointed with full power to administer
the Estate, including the power to collect all
assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and
expenses, to sell real and personal property
, and do all
necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat.
524.3-801) all creditors having claims against
the Estate are required to present the claims
to the personal representative or to be Court
Administrator within four months after the
date
of this Notice of the Claims will be barred.
