Repealed the following motion from the
October 19, 2021 City Council
Meeting regarding the sale of City
property on Grant Avenue to Chas
Denny and approved a survey of
the property be completed at Grant
Avenue by the City Engineer:

City Council Meeting
“Motion by Councilor Rauzi, second by
Councilor Lillis to approve the
resolution conveying real estate to
Chas Denny along with a purchase/
development agreement for the
northerly 50-foot-wide lot located
on the 500 block of Grant Avenue
in the amount of $1,000 contingent
upon Denny working with City
Administrator Monahan-Junek and
City Attorney Sundquist to comply
with conditions of the purchase/
development agreement to include
stipulation that prohibits outdoor
storage of any kind.”

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
INFRASTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT
RESERVE FUND:
6:00PM on December 13, 2021, in the
Biwabik City Council Chambers
The Biwabik City Council will hold
a public hearing during the regular
monthly meeting on December 13th
to take public comment regarding
a proposed Infrastructure Replacement Reserve Fund.
The proposed fund may only be used
for the replacement of streets,
bridges, curbs, gutters, sidewalks,
trees, and storm sewers. A reserve
fund may not be established until
after a public hearing is held on the
question.
Written responses must be received by
4:30PM on Monday December 13th,
