VIRGINIA – During the month of November, Natural Harvest Food Coop customers donated over $1,300 to the Advocates for Family Peace. The contribution will help offer free and confidential services to families experiencing intimate partner violence in northern St. Louis County. Funds will be used for direct services to victims.

This includes empowering and counseling victims and survivors through emotional support, safety planning, emergency shelter, and advocacy within medical, court and child welfare systems.

Since the start of the program in 2014, Natural Harvest has raised over $77,700 for local charities; in 2018 alone over $17,000 was raised.
