PIP, PIP Pooray!
Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is part of the No-Fault Automobile Insurance Act that Minnesota passed in 1974. It was established to help reduce the number of lawsuits involving auto accidents and to ensure the timely treatment for accident victims. Minnesota is one of 12 states with a No- Fault insurance provision. Last month I was involved in a car accident and utilized PIP. Full Story
