With fall comes hope for more walleye
Can Labor Day really be just a few days away? It seems like the 2010 fishing season just started a few weeks ago. As unbelievable as it seems, the month of August is winding down and fall is in the air. DNR asks bear hunters not to shoot radio-collared bears
Hunters participating in this fall’s bear hunt, which opened September 1, should avoid shooting radio-collared or eartagged animals, according to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Taking a bear with a radio collar is legal unless the bear is accompanied by a researcher who has identified the bear to the hunter as a research animal. Full Story
