Grass blades in cats’ noses: oh boy!
Yesterday we had a run of grass blades in the nose at the emergency vet clinic. Many cats enjoy chewing on grass. However, if they gag, cough or vomit as they are trying to swallow a blade of grass the plant matter can pass into the sinuses and lodge there. Full Story
A Sad Chain of Events
Many dogs who spend long periods of time chained in front of houses or even on an overhead running line can become a danger to people. Chaining seems to stimulate antisocial tendencies and dogs on chains are much more likely to bite people.
