When 1 + 2 = 10
It seems Rabbit-ville is in full production! This morning I got up early in order to get ready for the job fair at the mall in Virginia. A little extra time was allowed to feed the goats and chickens, as well as for feeding the baby bunnies. Should have allowed a lot. The mass confusion that followed could have been tempered, Addy says, if only there were reliable ways for disaster aid organizations to communicate with each other as they coordinated their response. Where, for example, was water needed, and where would it come from? Where were victims being taken? And how could survivors efficiently search for their family and friends without clogging the remaining roadways? Full Story
