Celin Manlove named new RMHC therapist
HIBBING - RMHC is pleased to announce that Celin Manlove has recently accepted the position of Outpatient Therapist at the Governor Rudy Perpich Building in Hibbing. Celin received her B.A. degree in Social Work from Bemidji State University. She received her Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota.
