Lucille Ilene Iverson
Lucille Ilene Iverson, 90, of Mt. Iron, MN, passed away Monday, April 12, 2010 at Elderwood Assisted Living in Hinckley. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 19, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Range Funeral Home in Virginia. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Pastor Joel Kallberg will officiate. Burial will be in the Forbes Cemetery. Arrangements are with Range Funeral Home in Virginia.
Lucille was born on March 4, 1920 in Kelliher, MN to Jerome and Inez (Graham) Sprague. She was married in 1939 to Lorence Iverson. She resided most of her life in South Grove, MN, raising her five children. Lucille loved flowers and had them inside and outside of her home. She enjoyed knitting and reading. She canned every fall and baked bread every week for her family. Lucille moved to Pine City in 1990 to be closer to her daughters.
Lucille is preceded in death by her husband, Lorence; sons, Larry and Clinton; brothers, Jeran and Cecil; and special friend, Bob Clark.
Survivors include: 3 Daughters: Jeanne Gerritsen of Redwood City, CA, Deanna (Raymond) Bever of Pine City MN and Tana Hargis of Minneapolis, MN; 2 Sisters: Verona Schullng and Audrey Brodd; 4 Brothers: Harold, Merle, Vernon and Chester; 14 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
