Hazel Ryberg
Hazel Ryberg, 86, of Forbes passed away on Friday, May 7, 2010 at St. Mary’s in Duluth. Visitation will be from 5 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12th at the Range Funeral Home in Virginia. Services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 13th at the Gethsemane Church in Virginia, visitation will be one hour prior. Pastor Lisa Buchanan will officiate. Burial will be at Forbes Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Range Funeral Home in Virginia.
Hazel was born on June 23, 1923 to Isaac and Alma (Gibbs) Jenson in Clinton, MN. She graduated from Princeton High School in 1943. She married Ardner Henry Ryberg October 7, 1944 and they raised 11 children together. Hazel enjoyed sewing, embroidering, gardening, crocheting, puzzles and playing games especially “SKOBO.”
She is survived by her 11 children; Ron (Ruth) Ryberg, Charlotte Camp, Henry (Brenda) Ryberg, Marlys Maki, Marlene (Larry) Clewette, Vernon (Denise) Ryberg, Vivien (“Rusty”) Falk, Susan (Mike) Tammaro, Murl (Betty) Ryberg, Milan Ryberg, Sandra (Brian) Clausen; 21 Grandchildren & 14 Great-Grandchildren.
